First week of school!

SENIOR YEAR!!!!!!! and one week done! so I think this school year will go by quick(hopefully) even though this first week just seemed to drag. Maybe it was the never-ending lectures of syllabus' and course outlines that caused that though. I already have all but one time slot filled for my first day of clinic (Sept. 1st) and I'm hoping most of my patients can return the following week. But I am looking forward to labor day and the start of Bow hunting season! I want to shoot my first elk this year and with a bow it would be even greater! who knows if it will happen but I also enjoy just going out to the desert and spending time with lance and my dad. I do miss being home though. I miss the new puppy to. I feel like I have abandoned him to my parents and I feel bad. No worries next weekend I will be going home so I can save him from them. Ha Ha.

Im Engaged

Adrian and I were driving back to Burley, he asked if we could stop at the windmills in Rockland and of course I said of course. So we were driving around and I had just washed my car so I didn't want to drive on the powder dirt road to get close to one and the ones that were walking distance had people working on them so we decided just to turn around and keep going on our way. We went to my grandmas house and got vegetables and then made our way through Burley he put his hand on my knee as I was cussing out slow cars. I went to hold his hand when I felt something on his pinky finger. I looked down and to my surprise it was a ring. We are going to get married on June 28th in the Salt Lake City Temple.

No Ring Yet

I am not engaged just to let you guys know. Adrian and I are planning on getting married next June, but with school we thought it would be better if we do the fun stuff this summer so I don't have to plan a wedding and worry about test and boards at the same time. It give me a little bit more time to plan to. So just to make this clear dont worry you will know when I am engaged because I will make a big post about it ha ha.

Running

Oh now training for a half marathon by September 3rd. I guess I need to start running ha ha. I ran a couple miles the other day and didn't struggle until the last half mile, but Lucinda had set a goal for me to run a half mile with Crystal in a couple months. Then after the half marathon I'm running a 10K with Ashley but its a mud run so we will be running 6 miles through an obstacle course of mud. That will be fun and I am really looking forward to it.

Winmills

Adrian and I took a Sunday drive yesterday after church to see the winmills. Those suckers are so big and going and seeing them in person just puts them in perspective. Well here are some pictures that I took and kinda edited to share them with you guys.

First Patients

Let me tell you something. This month has been crazy! Not only am I taking 19 credits, but then they tell me I have to find patients that I will be working on over the next semester. I was really nervous at first but then when I got my first day with patients scheduled I knew every thing would be fine. I am so glad that I am blessed with friends that are willing to have their teeth cleaned! I didn't know how tiring the first day would be. Paper work is what kicked my butt. I have to write the same thing on three different papers and file everything. I cannot wait for private practice when they have receptionist that do the hard stuff and I only have to write a record of service! But this semester will be good if I can just find right patients with the right requirements I need to pass the class. I am thankful for the love and support my family gives me and for the love and support Adrian gives me to. I know I will get through the semester with their help.
